Description
Red pepper is the common name we all know, but it is actually a capsicum annuum belonging to the Solanaceae family, brought to Europe by Christopher Columbus on his return from the new American continent. Our chili, it is very rich in Vitamin C and A , of mineral salts including the football , potassium , but also many beneficial properties, that is stimulates blood circulation , activates metabolism , counteracts the onset of bacteria and lowers cholesterol . In order not to lose these characteristics, the Cintrone Farm follows its entire production chain using an ancient recipe handed down for generations . Once the pepper reaches perfect ripeness it is harvested, selected and handcrafted to be transformed into cream and finally placed in a glass jar with Extra Virgin Olive Oil . A real delight for spicy lovers to always have in the pantry, to give that final touch to all types of dishes.
Store in a cool and dry place away from heat sources, after opening keep in the fridge making sure that the product is always covered with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and consume in a short time because it is free of preservatives.
