Salted capers

The capers, among the  traditional Apulian products , are grown in the fertile lands of our small farm, hand-picked , carefully selected and processed, to then be preserved naturally,  without  with the addition  chemical additives , with sea salt.  Rich in vitamins , mineral salts , and with their taste they are ideal for accompanying or seasoning meat, fish, sauces, salads, pizza, focaccia and bruschetta.

Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources. We recommend rinsing the capers you are going to use to remove excess salt.
