Artichokes in oil

Artichokes in oil preserved naturally without adding artificial preservatives.

They come  collected manually  at the perfect moment of ripeness, processed in a few hours to extract the richest and tenderest part of the fruit, as per tradition handed down for generations, to naturally preserve all its properties throughout the year.  

They are practical and quick to put on the table, excellent for enriching your aperitifs, appetizers, dressing delicious salads, decorating friselline or bruschetta, risotto and cold pasta or for filling delicious pizzas and sandwiches.

Store in a cool and dry place away from heat sources, after opening the jar keep in the fridge making sure that the product is always covered by our extra virgin olive oil and consume in a short time because it is free of preservatives.

Ingredients: artichokes, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, sea salt.
