Sweet and sour artichokes
Description
We propose this old recipe of Sweet and sour artichokes with an even lighter taste. Collected at the right point of ripeness, processed in a few hours, extracting the heart of the artichoke with a traditional method handed down by our family. Naturally preserved without adding additives chemicals , only with vinegar and a pinch of brown sugar to enhance the unmistakable flavor of our artichoke, giving the possibility to season them to your good taste and pleasure. Thanks to their simplicity they can be combined anywhere, ideal for enriching your appetizers, aperitifs, salads, decorating bruschetta, pizzas, sandwiches, risottos and cold pasta.
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources. Once the jar is opened, keep it in the fridge and consume it in a short time because it is free of preservatives.
