The lampascione is a herbaceous plant belonging to the Liliaceae family, whose botanical name is Muscari Comosum which arises spontaneously in our Apulian territory, only the bulb is collected and processed, which is located underground at a depth between 10 and 20 cm. The Apulians have been able to distinguish the Lampascioni, enhance the unmistakable bitter taste with a sweet crunchiness,  from the other varieties of plants present in the area; in fact today they are food for true connoisseurs in the food sector in most of the international territory. Also, they are  hypocaloricanti-inflammatory  and rich in  Vitamins  And  mineral salts .
